Balmbare Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the Balmbare Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Balmbare reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Balmbare Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age, have an active social media presence or platform, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence. Balmbare reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn commission on every completed order placed through their unique affiliate link or coupon code.
- Commission rates are determined by Balmbare and communicated to each affiliate individually upon joining the program.
- Commissions are earned on the net order value, excluding taxes, shipping, and any refunded or cancelled orders.
- Balmbare reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Minimum Payout Threshold
Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of 10 referred completed orders before becoming eligible for a payout. Payouts will not be processed until this threshold has been reached.
5. Payout Processing
- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Balmbare is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect information provided by the affiliate.
- Balmbare reserves the right to place a hold on payouts pending fraud review or verification.
6. Commission Expiry
Commissions that remain unclaimed due to affiliate inactivity will expire after 6 months of inactivity. An affiliate is considered inactive if no referral orders have been generated within a 6-month period. Expired commissions will not be reinstated.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Self-referring — using their own affiliate link or coupon code to make personal purchases
- Bidding on Balmbare branded keywords in paid search advertising
- Misrepresenting Balmbare products, pricing, or promotions in any way
- Spamming or using unsolicited messaging to promote their affiliate link
- Offering unauthorised discounts, cashback, or incentives not approved by Balmbare
- Using misleading claims, fake reviews, or deceptive marketing practices
- Referring fake, fraudulent, or incentivised affiliates to artificially qualify for higher commission tiers
Any violation of the above may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
8. Tracking & Cookies
Affiliate referrals are tracked via unique links and coupon codes provided through Social Snowball. Balmbare cannot guarantee tracking in cases where customers disable cookies, use ad blockers, or complete a purchase through a different device or browser session. Balmbare is not liable for untracked sales due to these limitations.
9. Refunds & Chargebacks
Commissions will not be paid on orders that are refunded, charged back, or cancelled. If a commission has already been paid on an order that is subsequently refunded, Balmbare reserves the right to deduct that amount from future commission payouts.
10. Termination
Balmbare reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity. Upon termination, any pending commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited.
Affiliates may also choose to leave the program at any time by contacting join@balmbare.com.
11. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree not to disclose any confidential information shared by Balmbare, including but not limited to commission rates, program structure, or business strategies, to any third party without prior written consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes arising from participation in the Balmbare Affiliate Program will be handled in good faith between both parties.
