Cancellation policy

This Subscription Policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you enter into a recurring billing agreement with EPETAH LLC operating as Balmbare and agree to the terms below.
How You Authorized This Subscription
At checkout, the subscription option was presented separately and distinctly from the one-time purchase option. By completing your purchase with a subscription selected, you expressly and affirmatively authorized EPETAH LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price displayed. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel.
Each renewal charge is a separately authorized transaction. Your continued use of the subscription constitutes ongoing authorization for each subsequent charge.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at your selected interval. We will send you an email reminder before each renewal. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.
How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time through any of the following:
- Email info@balmbare.com — subject line: Cancel Subscription — [your email or order number]
- Log in to your customer account and manage your subscription directly
We process cancellations within 1–2 business days and send an email confirmation. Keep this confirmation for your records.
Cancellation Timing — Important
To avoid being charged for the next renewal, your cancellation must be received and confirmed before your next scheduled billing date. If your subscription has already been charged and your order is in fulfillment, that specific order cannot be cancelled or recalled.
Cancellation and refund are separate requests. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges — it does not automatically trigger a refund of any charge already made.
Refunds on Subscription Charges
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full eligibility requirements. Subscription charges that were not cancelled before the billing date are generally not refundable unless a verifiable billing error occurred on our part. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately at info@balmbare.com.
Chargebacks on Subscription Charges
Each subscription renewal is a charge you expressly authorized when you selected a subscription at checkout. Filing a chargeback for an authorized recurring charge — particularly without first contacting us — may be considered unauthorized dispute of a legitimate transaction. We retain full records of every subscription agreement, billing event, and renewal notification and submit this documentation in response to all disputes. Contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of issues within 1–2 business days.
Subscription Management Options
In addition to cancellation, you may request to pause, skip a shipment, reschedule your next billing date, change your delivery frequency, or update your payment method. Contact us at info@balmbare.com or manage these options through your account portal.
No Commitment or Cancellation Fees
There are no minimum order commitments, lock-in periods, or cancellation fees. You may cancel at any time for any reason.
